Anatomy of a Controlled Leak

Love this article from Social Media Today. Looks like Apple does use controlled leaks to get a new product buzzing (like we didn’t already assume that). It is an interesting idea…creating a buzz for something that is basically unattainable at the moment. Then, when it’s released…hundreds of folks camping out in front of the store for a few days to be the first to score (fill in the blank).
